PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- Improvement of Different Damaged Road Infrastructure including Drains and Footpath Construction under Dhaka North City Corporation
- To implement the abovementioned project smoothly and effectively, DNCC now engages a consulting firm for the Design Review, full time supervision during construction period and As-Built Drawing preparation purpose of the ongoing civil works under the project. The infrastructure improvement work includes the following components:
– Road construction- 204 km (approx.)
– Drainage (open/pipe)- 267 km
– Footpath Facility- 119.27 km
KEY SERVICES
- Full-time supervision and monitoring of construction works for ensuring quality and progress
- Proper documentation of field work such as site order book, keeping records
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly progress reports
- Review of design and drawings of works
- Preparation of As-built drawings and Project Completion Report (PCR) along with all documents
