Business Development Manager

DevCon ( is searching for an ideal candidate for the position “Business Development Manager”, who will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Provide support in research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, partnerships, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.


    • Identify partnership opportunities, developing growth strategies and plans
    • Develop new relationships to grow business and help company expand
    • Maintain existing business and exploring new market scope
    • Think critically when planning to assure project success


    • Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline of engineering or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university. A Master’s degree in engineering or Business Management will be preferred.
    • 4-5 years prior industry related business development experience.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Proven knowledge, and execution of successful development strategies.
    • Focused and goal-oriented, Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

HR Manager

DevCon ( is searching for an ideal candidate for the position of “Human Resource Manager”, who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, has excellent leadership skills and proficient in managing the complete gamut of HR Dept. The candidate will have significant and progressive experience and interest for successfully introduce and stabilization of HR process in the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow command, co-ordinate and execute HR process regarding the overall manpower planning, induction and cultural fit through its core functions like strategic planning, workforce development, resourcing, talent, success planning, performance planning, management and retention selection policy, hire & recruitment, attendance management system, transfers and re deployments, salary negotiations and compensation administration.
  • Provide supports in setting strategic direction, implement and ensure compliance of the company’s HR processes, policies and procedures.
  • Relevant bookkeeping, proper database management and reports to Management.

  • Strong research professional with a bachelor’s in business administration (BBA) focused in Human Resources Management. Additional master’s in business administration (MBA) with specialization in HRM/Administration/Marketing will be preferred.
  • 4-5 years prior industry-related HRM experience
  • Sound computer literacy and language proficiency (Speaking, Reading and writing) in English
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word and other Microsoft Applications.
